Refund Policy

When you purchase digital content from Jota Dev for your FiveM server, please note that refunds are generally not available once your order has been fulfilled and the product has been delivered.

Due to the nature of digital goods, we cannot accept returns after you have received access to scripts, resources, or other downloadable content included in your purchase.

This policy is consistent with applicable consumer protection legislation, including Directive 2011/83/EU on consumer rights (the Consumer Rights Directive). For digital content that is not supplied on a tangible medium, the statutory right of withdrawal may not apply once delivery has begun, provided you have given your prior express consent at checkout and acknowledged that you thereby lose your right of withdrawal, as permitted by Article 16(m) of Directive 2011/83/EU and its national transposition.

Refunds may only be considered in exceptional circumstances, such as a technical fault on our side that prevents you from using the product, unauthorized charges, or duplicate payments. Even when a case appears to meet these criteria, Jota Dev retains sole and final discretion to decide whether a refund is approved, denied, or partially granted.

If you believe you qualify for a refund, contact our support team on Discord with your order details. We will review each case individually, but our decision on any refund request is always final.

By completing a purchase, you confirm that you accept this Refund Policy and agree to be bound by it. Failure to read this policy before buying does not exempt you from its terms or release you from your obligation to comply with it.
